At a Sola salon, where she could touch the color bar, shampoo chair, and waiting area, all at the same time. Heather opened as the only income producer with 2 smart, cosmetology graduates to assist and cover Guest Happiness. Today, Neatbeat resides in a 5,000 sq ft piece of sacred ground that is the home to The Neatbeat Brigade, a team of hand selected and highly favored individuals. There is a servant-driven, committment to excellence mentality that breathes through the company. All of that directly equates to a happy, profitable business.
